With the help of a special horizontal slider, you can swipe to adjust the brightness of the light from 0 to 100%, making it as comfortable as possible for your eyes. In addition to the main functionality, the DarkLight program informs the user (provided that his device has a light sensor) about the light intensity - in a separate window, the current number of "lux" (international unit of measurement) is displayed. We doubt the practical use of this information, but for some reason, the developer decided to implement such a function.

It is also worth warning that the DarkLight application does not block phone calls, notifications, and messages from instant messengers. Therefore, the developer strongly recommends using "airplane mode" to avoid unintentional photosensitive reaction when activating the screen during a phone call or receipt of any message - it will be a shock to the eyes when the sudden transition from almost complete darkness to bright light.
