The game in terms of design is devoid of any frills, but everything looks quite nice, primarily due to the high-quality animation, supplemented by cartoon elements. Although the authors claim that the main goal of the project is to build your own prosperous city, as for us, this is just another time killer with leisurely gameplay and no clearly defined goals.

Some gamers after launching the Merge Town! will decide that this is another version of the City 2048 puzzle and there really is some similarity, though only a graphic plan. This is where the similarity ends since you do not need to think too much in this game, you just need to deftly fiddle with your fingers, improving the available structures by combining the same type of buildings. At the bottom of the playing space, there is a kind of box, which is gradually replenished from the successful actions of the players - after filling the container, the user will receive a new structure, more bulky and modern, it will replace the small houses. Sometimes boxes fall on the playground - tap on them and open a new property, however, that this will not be known - the randomness of this process comes to the fore.

So, what is the main task of Merge Town! and how to get to her faster? Everything happens on a field divided into cells, on which we have to combine identical structures with ordinary tapes and swipes, thus pumping them over and getting more luxurious houses at the exit. Progress in the gameplay is almost limitless, so if at the first stages all manipulations take place with tiny shacks, then closer to the twentieth stage the gamer will have to interact with whole cottages and mansions, and then skyscrapers are a stone's throw away.

No restrictions on the movement of game elements in Merge Town! no, so once again we remind you, although it is declared in the puzzle genre, there is practically no need to strain the gray matter of the brain. The only limit set by the authors is the time allotted for filling the box at the bottom, that is, for receiving a new structure. It is this simplicity and monotony that negatively affects the replayability of the novelty from Gram Games Limited, after playing for fifteen minutes everything quickly gets boring, since there is nothing to strive for, just endless tapping on the screen, and sometimes even at an intuitive level. But, as a finger trainer, the project came out excellent!
