Metal soldiers: shooting game is a two-dimensional action movie with platformer elements, the gameplay of which involves the passage of the user as a miniature fighter in numerous multi-tiered locations. Although at each stage only one hero is available, they can be changed quite freely from time to time - they differ only in external characteristics, but are equipped with completely identical "trunks", which should be upgraded for game coins as you progress. The enemies in the project are representatives of alien life forms - slugs, green men, flying monsters, automatic turrets, and huge bosses.

For the passage of each stage of the Metal soldiers: shooting game, five lives are given, and after death, the character is restored to the last save point. In addition to destroying enemies, you should destroy wooden containers that are suppliers of gold and silver coins. Although the gameplay itself is extremely simple, the laziest gamers can activate the auto-fire button if they wish. There are only four controls - arrows to move the hero to the left/right, a button to shoot, and jump.

Go through three zones of Metal soldiers: shooting game - Forest, Barrens, and Depth, under the "curtain" of each of which you will face a fight with a huge and powerful boss, whose life scale is decreasing reluctantly, so it is vital to pump the main weapon of the protagonist to the maximum. An ordinary machine gun, a flamethrower, an ultrasonic gun, a rifle with explosive bullets, a plasma pistol - initially the entire arsenal is available in the game for free, and there is practically no advertising, so the developers cannot be blamed for greed.
