At the start of The Vikings, there are no special problems - enemies appear on the battlefield leisurely, slowly swinging their hand holding a weighty ax, or reluctantly pulling the bowstring of a yew bow, as if hinting that the insolent guest does not deserve activity in response to his aggression. But such sluggishness instantly disappears after the first ten points are scored - opponents become faster, shoot quickly, although not without a miss. Furthermore, the complexity instantly increases to prohibitive values, and our ward increasingly falls dead with a cut skull or pierced by an arrow.
