Photo Art - Color Effects is a photo editor, the main function of which is to give an image an unusual "bright on black" effect. In other words, in monochrome photography, the subject or object selected by the user is painted in a certain color, which looks just great - the gaze is concentrated on the key area. It is extremely easy to interact with the tools of this program, and at the first stages you will be guided by an interactive assistant throughout the entire "technical process".
To start the transformation, you need to desaturate the original image, which is carried out in a fully automatic format. And after that, through a set of brushes of different sizes, the selected objects are returned to a rich color. But the possibilities of the Photo Art - Color Effects program do not end there either, since several more interesting effects are integrated into it: standard sepia, mosaic, exposure, choosing a preferred shade, pixelation, negative, intensity, contrast, blur, and so on.
In total, Photo Art - Color Effects offers thirty effects, which is quite a lot for a completely free product (but be prepared to periodically contemplate advertising). The use of all effects is realized in two versions: in the drawing format (twelve brushes are preinstalled with the ability to adjust their transparency), or completely automatically. For editing, you can select "fresh" photos, taken with the camera of the Android device or already present in the user's gallery.
