At first, the heroine reacted to this as to the delirium of a madman, not guessing what she would face at the locations of a strange city.

The motor town at the best of times was populous and industrially developed, but when the city-forming enterprise for the production of cars was closed, all people gradually left the city and now its only inhabitant is the above-mentioned crazy inventor.
