The main task is to overcome evil and return the old peaceful way of life to the lands exhausted by many years of confrontation. Hindering the implementation of this peacekeeping task will be dangerous enemies of various types, powerful bosses, increasingly difficult missions, a lack of resources, and cards with heroes.

The user can enter the main menu of Crystal Hearts in guest mode or using their Google, Facebook, and Twitter accounts, after which a visual training and presentation of gifts in the form of the first free cards with heroes start. We form a team of a leader and available assistants, after which we go into our first battle, which is quite expectedly preceded by informative dialogues that reveal the plot and key goals of the current episode. In the course of battles, it is allowed to use automatic combat and time acceleration, although no one forbids activating the abilities and talents of their wards in a manual format. Each character in the game has two abilities that can be improved and enhanced.
