"Diya" is an application with which citizens and residents of Ukraine can digitize such physical documents (paper or plastic media) as a driver's license, vehicle registration certificate (registration certificate), and student ID.

User identification is carried out through the system of the National Bank of Ukraine (with the technical support of PrivatBank) or using the BankID technology. After downloading and installing the application on your smartphone or tablet, you will only have to choose the registration method, after which the electronic version of your driving license, registration certificate, and student ID will be available in the application.
How to use it?
A driver's license not only gives you the right to drive a car, but it is also a document that proves your identity. In this capacity, you can use digital rights, for example, to register at a hotel or apply for a loan. In each case of identifying your identity, the application generates a one-size-fits-all QR code by which a police officer, hotel or bank employee in real-time and using a camera on his own smart device, on which the Diya application is also installed, scans your QR code and thus verifies the validity of your documents. The procedure takes 3 minutes.
Access to digital documents using Diya software can be obtained both online and offline. All the most extensive networks of mobile speakers in Ukraine do not charge subscribers for this application.

- to digitize a passport, international passport and "car insurance" (a type of compulsory insurance);
- take part in presidential, parliamentary and local elections.
- Digital documents will also enable you to buy tickets and check-in at hotels while traveling; verify your identity when receiving banking, medical and other services.
- Ultimately, with the help of the application "Diya", it will be possible to get more than 50 types of services from the state.
