How it works:
The Mi Fit application is installed on a smartphone or tablet running Android OS.

From a smartphone, the bracelet is also configured as an alarm clock: the Mi Band bracelet monitors the user's sleep phases, and during a superficial sleep it wakes up its owner.
The Mi Fit app also acts as a task manager. The Mi Fit app user sets goals, sets them in the app, for example, walk a certain number of steps or burn so many calories. Mi Fit monitors how the user completes tasks and informs him about the progress with the help of light signals and infographics.
The user can share his successes with friends on social networks directly from the Mi Fit application.
