The authors of the Who project believe that the problem of loneliness can be solved. How? Give strangers the opportunity to get to know each other and, depending on whether they like each other or not, continue communication, but at a new level, or stop communication without unnecessary explanations.

The first communication session has a time limit - it lasts 30 seconds. Interpersonal relations experts believe that 30 seconds is enough for the interlocutors to either interest each other in order to continue communication, or, being disappointed in the interlocutor, stop communicating. Our application gives participants the ability to end communication painlessly for each other - for this we came up with a system of double consent. How it works?
After 30 seconds, in order to continue the conversation, the participants in the conversation must confirm their interest in further communication - they both must click on the match button (suitable).
Communication within the framework of our project does not commit anyone to anything. The interlocutors remain anonymous to each other. This gives the participants the opportunity to be themselves without fear of moral judgment or mental pressure. If you are not interested in the previous interlocutor, you can safely switch to the next one. And so on until you find your ideal interlocutor with whom you want to continue communicating in a different format, for example, over a cup of coffee in the nearest cafeteria.

The Who app has two versions: 1) a free version in which users can experience some limitations, 2) a paid Pro version. In which the duration of the first communication session, users can set independently. In the paid version, users can also select interlocutors by gender, which cannot be done in the free version.
