We are not given clear narrative details at the start, we only know that the odious commander of a technologically advanced terrorist organization planned to prepare and implement a cyber attack on the security systems of several states of the world at once.

Subsequently, as you progress through the plot, a lot of dastardly betrayals will be revealed, the truth will supplant slander, and the characters will make you change their attitude to themselves more than once, but that later, but for now, like a blind kitten, you will knock in all corners and try to complete missions doomed to failure by an insidious betrayal. The creators in an amazing way were able to give an unprecedented luxury to each separately taken mission - vigorously changing locations, the need to constantly look for a new place of shelter, structures that disintegrate from powerful explosions, suffocating smog, and open flames of conflagrations. And the user is not even given a little respite - the gameplay is steadily immersed in the maelstrom of events, piling up more and more deadly tasks.

In Modern Combat 5: eSports FPS, the authors decided to switch to a more modern engine, which immediately had a positive effect on the overall picture - literally, the eye rejoices. Enemies realistically react to accurate hits and do not rush after a dozen bullet wounds to the embrasure, open flames really burn, and dense smoke does not allow you to catch another target in the sight. All this proves once again that Gameloft is already stepping on the heels of modern game consoles, but this is in terms of graphics, with control, of course, not everything is so promising and rosy.
