Fate / Grand Order is a new RPG project from Asian developers with a focus on social interaction, the basis for the creation of which was the popular graphic novels about time travel. The mechanics of the game involve alternating plotlines, often interrupted by intense battles that unfold in real-time. According to the game story, in 2015, as part of the meeting of the Chaldea structure responsible for the security of all mankind, the question of a high potential threat was raised (anomalous zone in the vicinity of the city of Fuyuki, noticed in 2004), and the members of the organization have only one year.
With a team of like-minded people, we travel back in time and try to understand how you can effectively resist a deadly threat. We would like to warn gamers who prefer to skip in-game dialogues - in the case of Fate / Grand Order, you should not do this since all its significance and value lies precisely in the captivating narrative. But you shouldn't worry about long hours spent reading either - quite often communication between different characters will be interrupted by intense and fleeting fights. Having acquired loyal servants (playing cards with different parameters) during the journey, you should competently, taking into account the strengths and weaknesses, call on them for help - there is nothing to dream about victories on your own.
Types of game currency in Fate / Grand Order:
- Holy quartz is the main "money supply" that can be obtained through the donation system and directly for playing successes. Needed for using servants, elixirs, increasing the volume of inventory, healing the wounded and resurrecting fallen soldiers, as well as increasing the number of action points (they are spent for each step taken).
- Quantum particles - useful in the process of improving their "personnel", are given exclusively for victories in battles or passing events.
- Mana Prisms - allow you to buy useful items, and a sufficient amount of them can be accumulated by completing daily missions.
- Friendship Points - provide an instant call of servants, and are earned in fights shoulder to shoulder with companions.
