Pak Life Saver APK is an ICT-based initiative of Pakistan Emergency Services that aims to develop a nation of citizens and youth equipped with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills to ensure safety to save and promote life.
Through the mobile application and web portal, citizens can register, access life-saving course material online, and take the exam online.
Successful candidates can visit a nearby EMS/CPR training center for hands-on training and become certified.

At CETE, we believe in uniting the community for large-scale emergency preparedness.
Our flagship Pak Life Saver (PLSP) is based on a partnership between the education, health, and academic sectors and the government and is led by a small secretariat at CETE.
The main objective of the program is to transform Pakistan into a nation of empowered citizens with essential life-saving skills. Through this program, we aim to train 10 million Pakistani citizens and help them acquire the basic life-saving skills of resuscitation and hemorrhage control.
To date, over 250,000 Pakistani citizens have been trained to become lifeguards!
Mission
PLSP is a skill-building and youth empowerment program that aims to train 10 million people in hand CPR and hemorrhage control. PLSP will also:
- Deliver evidence-based life-saving skills programs.
- Develop a network of life savers focusing on teachers and Pakistan's large youth population.
- Build a consortium of local and international partners to achieve global impact.
- Be a role model for interdisciplinary approaches to address development challenges.
