The visibility of the simplicity of the gameplay of The Little Fox will quickly disappear when the user goes through the first couple of levels - even the authors themselves in the description of the project note that almost no stage will be subdued by the player on the first try, so the complexity, although not hardcore, is close to it. Basically, some tiles are confusing, forcing the main character to perform different actions, for example, directing him in the opposite direction from the expected, or speeding up or slowing down his run. This is really pretty confusing, given that the fox cub moves pretty quickly - sometimes you just don't have time to react and correctly assess the situation.
There is no reason to hope for a quick passage of all levels of The Little Fox, because there are several of them in thirteen locations - mountain peaks, volcano craters, plains, caves, and more. The developers prudently provided each stage with save points, that is, if you get into trouble, you don't have to start all over again - the journey will resume from the last checkpoint.
