But recently, the company of young people has been replenished with a new character - a guy who has set himself the goal of changing the rules of the cruel game, saving himself and his comrades. Perhaps it is he who is able to find a way out of eternal imprisonment? According to the film, it is so, but in a project based on its motives, the well-being of the finale depends only on the player - install The Maze Runner and set off to chase ever-slipping freedom!

Immediately after the main character finds himself in an inhospitable place of the new location, his first race starts - it is necessary to find a way out, bit by bit collecting information and clues that will help turn the daring plan into reality. In addition to completing the missions themselves, the developers allow the character to form a fearless team of like-minded people, and in every possible way to pump each of its members, earning new game achievements for this and turning over the chapters of an exciting plot. All the heroes employed at the runner's locations have their prototypes in the original film, although initially they are not available and are bought during the gameplay with virtual coins obtained for completing missions, and some individuals are available only for real money. The most important rule of any race, which should be strictly followed, is to return back in time before the all-consuming darkness descends on the location.

I must say that the gameplay of The Maze Runner almost exactly copies the gameplay of Temple Run, except that instead of the destroyed ancient temples, events here take place in the atmosphere of the walls of an ingenious corridor menacingly hanging over the heroes. According to the authors' intention, each race should end in a glade (such as the main base, settlement), where all the actions for pumping the available marathon runners are performed, purchases are made in the integrated store and incentive bonuses are issued daily. Of course, this runner is not able to boast of something special and revolutionary new in the genre, therefore it can be safely recommended only to the most devoted fans of the film of the same name, to the rest it will seem very monotonous. But the project is favored by its luxurious graphic design and clear division into levels, freeing the gamer from endless running around.
