Perhaps it is he who is able to find a way out of eternal imprisonment? All the heroes employed at the runner's locations have their prototypes in the original film, although initially they are not available and are bought during the gameplay with virtual coins obtained for completing missions, and some individuals are available only for real money. The most important rule of any race, which should be strictly followed, is to return back in time before the all-consuming darkness descends on the location.
I must say that the gameplay of The Maze Runner almost exactly copies the gameplay of Temple Run, except that instead of the destroyed ancient temples, events here take place in the atmosphere of the walls of an ingenious corridor menacingly hanging over the heroes. According to the authors' intention, each race should end in a glade (such as the main base, settlement), where all the actions for pumping the available marathon runners are performed, purchases are made in the integrated store and incentive bonuses are issued daily.
