On the way, you can meet other heroes and take them into your team, hiring them for a certain amount of gold coins. Death will constantly haunt our hero, and every time he dies, he will wake up in a medieval tavern, which is a kind of staging post - there you can upgrade a fighter or buy a new, more powerful and enduring warrior, and then go back to underground locations.
