Alive App is loaded with over 100 daily workouts to choose from, ranging from five to 60 minutes in length. The options include a wide range of HIIT options, overhead, legs, push, and pull. There are also 33 timers with a cooldown of between five and eight minutes each.

The app also offers 30 to 45-day challenges and projects that last between four and 10 weeks. Either way, there are beginner, intermediate, and advanced options so users can adjust the challenge and difficulty of the project.

Each challenge includes daily activities, mental exercise, exercise, and book prompts. These challenges will help you overcome your limits and find new ways to survive each day.

Subscription fees are charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew if canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Here's what I liked about this challenge and the whole Alive app:

• Create a routine for yourself, making it easy to start and maintain a fitness program.
• It provides exercises and difficulty graphs for each exercise, so you know what you're doing.
• Each exercise has a video tutorial, so if you've never picked up or used a machine (or like me, you've long forgotten), you'll see how to do it from multiple angles.
• The app allows you to track the weight used and save it for future workouts.
• In each exercise, you have the option to change the exercises in front of you, so you can do them in any way you want.
• There are different exercises for each activity, so you can change it up and still get the muscle development you want.
• The app provides training summaries at the end of each lift, which are colorful and engaging and can be shared directly on social media if desired.

Taking on this challenge pushed me out of my comfort zone and back into the gym. Things change every day which means it's never boring - I never thought I'd dive into it.
